Barminco is seeking an Inductions Trainer for a 12-month fixed-term role based in Perth.
The position involves premobilisation training for new underground workers, simulator sessions, and ensuring training materials stay up-to-date and compliant.Expect to work Monday to Friday with some weekend shifts and on-site duties at Hazelmere.
The ideal candidate has underground mining induction experience, robust safety knowledge, and the ability to mentor learners across diverse groups.
