The SDPR program is reshaping the way care is delivered across NSW - bringing patient information together into one safe, secure, connected system.If you want your work to have real impact at scale, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare in NSW.Join the TeamAs the Digital Health Analyst with the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will play a key role supporting the design and delivery of digital health solutions that improve care delivery across NSW Health.You will join a key multidisciplinary team within eHealth NSW's SDPR delivery program – aligned to NSW Health's digital centre of excellence.
The User & Provider Team partners with clinicians, Local Health Districts, specialty networks and technical stakeholders to ensure the Single Digital Patient Record is designed, configured and adopted in ways that genuinely support clinical workflows and improve care delivery across the stateThis role offers the prospect to be deeply involved in delivering one of Australia's largest digital health transformation programs, working with Epic's industry-leading electronic medical record platform, stakeholder partners across NSW Health, and tools including cloud-based infrastructure,



configuration & testing frameworks to shape how clinicians access unified patient data across the stateIn this role, you will:Apply your healthcare knowledge and experience to support the design, configuration and rollout of digital health solutionsPartner with Program and Project Leads to define business processes, functional requirements, system designs and configurationsCapture, maintain and update design documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability throughout deliveryReview existing application designs to inform recommendations and improvements for stakeholdersContribute to the development of user guides, support materials and solution enhancementsUse your operational insight to influence system design decisions that support real-world healthcare deliveryHolds Tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Health Information Management) and/or extensive experience working in a Public Health Care setting.Brings demonstrated experience in healthcare delivery or healthcare administrationDemonstrates a strong understanding of health system processes, workflows and clinical environmentsHas well-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and manage diverse stakeholders constructivelyIs adaptable and resilient,
