maintenance and healthDriving adoption and alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)Supporting and improving Service MappingWorking across Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response (SIR)Helping maintain data quality, governance and platform standardsWorking closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver quality outcomesWhat we're looking for:Solid hands-on experience across ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB and CSDM is essential, together with practical exposure to ServiceNow Security Operations.A current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification will be highly regarded.
