About the RoleAs a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day success of the store.
Your responsibilities will include:Delivering friendly and genuine customer serviceUnderstanding customer needs and recommending the right productsWorking towards individual and store sales targetsSupporting key retail metrics including ATV, UPT and conversionMaintaining robust visual merchandising and store presentation standardsProcessing sales, returns and transactions accuratelyReplenishing stock and maintaining an organised stockroomSupporting the Store Manager and wider team with daily operationsAvailabilityThis position is specifically based at our Clarks Westfield Mt Gravatt store.To be considered for the role, candidates must have availability to work:MondaysTuesdaysWednesdaysWeekends when required/requested,
particularly during busy and peak trading periodsThere may also be opportunities for additional casual shifts at our Clarks Westfield Chermside store.Candidates who are comfortable working across both Mt Gravatt and Chermside when additional support is required will be highly regarded.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Has previous retail or customer service experienceIs confident approaching and engaging with customersHas a positive, sales-focused attitudeEnjoys working towards targets and celebrating team successIs reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently when requiredTakes pride in their presentation and the presentation of the storeCan provide flexibility during key retail and peak trading periodsWhy Join Clarks?
