Green Circle Growers is a leading Wholesale Plant Nursery in Arcadia NSW.

We are currently expanding and are looking for energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for an IMMEDIATE START.

The positions we have available are both as a Nursery Hand & Order Picker/Dispatch.

List of duties would include but not limited to the following:
Selecting and picking plants for orders.
Driving tractor and towing trailers etc.
General nursery duties include but are not limited to potting, labelling, pruning, staking, fertilizing and weeding plants.

Successful applicants will:
Be required on a full time basis (Monday-Friday).
Possess excellent vocal & written communication skills.
Be fit and healthy as this role can be physically demanding.




Be able to learn botanical names & varieties & differentiate between them.
Be able to work within a team workplace.
Have a genuine interest in Horticulture.
Have a valid driver's licence & own method of transportation.
Hold Australian citizenship status for employment eligibility.

Experience & plant knowledge is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors all year round in all weather conditions.
