This is a outstanding opportunity for qualified, friendly and skilled Aquatic Duty Manager to join the team and lead our aquatics team!

The Role

TheAquatic Duty Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the safety,



evacuation and operation of the entire centre in the absence of the Centre Manager and to direct day to day activities of the café, aquatics, health club, sports programmes, private hires, events and customer service staff.

Skills & Attributes:
Robust leadership experience with an ability to inspire others
Sound knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines, evacuation and emergency procedures.
Demonstrated experience of plant room management and Pool operations is essential
Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
Blue card - Working with Children's check and National Police Check clearance
Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
Current Pool Operations Certificate
