We are currently seeking a Production Kitchen Cook to join our team on a consistent Monday to Friday roster, working 5:00am to 1:00pm.

food safety and allergen control requirementsComplete FIFO stock rotation, temperature monitoring and quality checksFollow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and qualityMaintain a clean, organised and safe work environmentAbout YouYou'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food production environment and takes pride in producing quality food every day.You'll Ideally HavePrevious experience in bulk cooking or food productionExperience working in a café, canteen, food truck, commercial kitchen or similar environmentGood understanding of food safety and hygiene practicesStrong communication and teamwork skillsA reliable and punctual work ethicPride in producing consistent, high-quality foodCertificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant commercial kitchen experience will be highly regarded.Why Join Vili's?
