SB Recruitment is seeking 20 enthusiastic Call Centre professionals to join a NSW Government team on a temporary onsite contract in Orange, NSW.
The roster is 6 days on, 1 day off, with long shifts and weekend overtime.You will handle community enquiries, keep scripts updated, record conversations, and work with the Hotline Team Leader to provide accurate public information in a quick-paced environment.
