Be the Friendly Face That Makes Every Village Feel Like HomeWe're looking for a Relief Village Administrator to join our team on a Casual basis, supporting our retirement villages across the Sunshine Coast region.Based from our Buderim Regional Office, this unique and varied role will see you providing administrative and operational support across villages from Noosa to Brisbane.
No two days are the same as you step into different communities, build relationships with residents, and help keep village operations running smoothly.To support your travel, you'll receive:Travel allowance for all regional assignmentsAccommodation provided for Brisbane placementsTravel allowance for Noosa assignmentsAs a Relief Village Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and families.
You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting Village Managers with a range of administrative, financial, and operational activities.If you love helping people, enjoy variety in your work, and thrive in a community-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.How You'll Make an ImpactYou'll play a key role in keeping our villages running smoothly by:Providing exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, families,
and contractorsManaging reception and handling enquiries with professionalism and warmthSupporting Village Managers with day-to-day administration and operationsMaintaining accurate records and assisting with invoicing and finance-related tasksCoordinating contractor inductions and supporting safety and compliance requirementsPreparing newsletters and community communicationsAssisting with resident events, social activities, and community initiativesSupporting residents and operational needs as they ariseAbout YouYou're an organised and adaptable professional who enjoys working with people and making a genuine difference.You'll bring:Previous administration and customer service experienceA flexible approach and availability to work across multiple village locations as requiredConfidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and the ability to learn recent systems quicklyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA warm, approachable style that helps build trust and positive relationshipsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive attitude and willingness to take initiativeA commitment to continuous learning and professional growthCurrent First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)A current Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicleAbout KeytonAt Keyton, we're redefining retirement living for a new generation of independent seniors.With more than 65 retirement villages, 15,000+ residents, and 800+ passionate team members across Australia, we're creating communities where people feel connected, supported,
