POSITION

The unique opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team has become available. This role will involve the following responsibilities:
Preparing fee proposals
Staff payroll and payment reconciliations
Client correspondence - inbound and outbound calls





CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator / Receptionist
Experience with Xero would be advantageous
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to be a team player
