This is an excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced consultant, someone between roles or a professional seeking versatile part-time contract work.
The opportunityWorking closely with key stakeholders, you willReview the tender requirements and existing submission materialDevelop clear, persuasive and evidence-based responsesEnsure the submission addresses all DSS criteria and service requirementsDraw together program information, outcomes, data and supporting evidenceIdentify content gaps and work with stakeholders to gather the required informationProvide a fresh perspective on the structure,



messaging and overall approachSupport the completion and lodgement of the submission through GrantConnectManage competing inputs and deadlines to keep the submission on trackAbout youYou will ideally bring:Demonstrated experience writing successful government tenders, grants or funding submissionsA strong understanding of the community, family or human services sectorIdeally experience with DSS-funded programs or family relationship servicesFamiliarity with GrantConnect and government procurement processesExcellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to quickly understand complex service information and translate it into compelling responsesAvailability to commence immediately and commit for approximately six weeksContract detailsInitial six-week contract, commencing as soon as possibleApproximately three to four days per weekSome initial onsite work in ParramattaFlexibility to work from home, with the potential to work remotely once establishedEngagement through Be Recruitment on an hourly, timesheet basisHourly rate negotiable based on experience
