By improving access to timely care in the community, the service aims to support better long-term health outcomes while helping reduce pressure on local hospitals.About the roleDeliver efficient, client-focused administrative support to the Practice Manager, clinical staff and wider multidisciplinary team.Manage client registrations, appointments, referrals and reception activities, ensuring a smooth experience for the community accessing the Nurse Led Clinic.Become a multi-skilled administrative team member, supporting a broad range of operational and business requirements across the seven-day service.Maintain strict confidentiality, accuracy and data integrity across client records, billing, scheduling systems and Queensland Health applications.Use strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively and independently, and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.About youExperience in a healthcare setting is highly regarded, along with familiarity with hospital-based clinical information systems or similar technology.Strong interpersonal skills,
