You will balance direct participant support with mentoring newer staff, handling complex care, and serving as a calm, experienced point of contact in our homes and programs.This role is not a management position, but you'll influence culture, quality, and consistency across the team.
You will mentor, coach on shifts, help onboard current hires, and contribute to documentation and safety standards while pursuing
