Crown Resorts Limited seeks an experienced Head of Service Management & Vendor Operations to own the Crown-MSP relationship across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
You will lead the transition, mobilise workstreams, and serve as the primary interface with the vendor, ensuring governance, performance, and commercial alignment.
You will drive the outsourcing program with a hands-on, autonomous approach, coordinating across Crown technology leadership and vendor teams to deliver reliable service
