In partnership with Program Managers, Skilled Leads, Program Leads, and other stakeholders, the role contributes to the planning, coordination, and delivery of secure, high-quality clinical services.
Key responsibilities
Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management within ambulatory care outpatient services.
Provide clinical and operational leadership to support the effective delivery of outpatient programs.
Support multidisciplinary team development through mentoring, supervision, and career development initiatives.
Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
What you need
Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
Registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
Current Victorian driver's licence.
