As Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
Key responsibilities
Provide and oversee high-quality, person-centred clinical nursing care.
Support the management and review of individual resident care plans.
Provide clinical guidance, supervision and support to nursing staff and students.
Contribute to clinical decision-making, quality improvement and service development.
What you need
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is ready to take the next step in their career and make a difference in aged care.
Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practising certificate.
At least three years’ post-registration experience, or current classification as a Clinical Nurse.
