The Role
Build robust relationships within the local community and generate current business
Run open homes, prospect and cold call,



and follow up with buyers
Coordinate mail-outs and maintain regular communication with clients
Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other key stakeholders
Coordinate pest and building inspections while delivering outstanding, personalised service

About You

We're looking for a true team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering seamless property experiences. You'll thrive in a fast-paced workplace and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. You'll also:
Bring a resilient, self-motivated and adaptable approach
Be well presented, with strong communication skills and preferably good local market knowledge
Communicate confidently across all levels, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrate a solid ability to build client relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
Offer some experience within residential real estate sales
Hold a Certificate of Registration, valid driver's licence and reliable car
