Make an Impact.As AVADA Group continues to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team based in Woolloongabba.This is a pivotal role within our finance function, responsible for optimising cash flow outcomes, overseeing debtor management processes, and providing support and guidance to Accounts Receivable team members.
You'll play a key role in developing best-practice processes, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering meaningful reporting and insights that support business performance.This opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys combining operational expertise with mentoring, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Oversee the management of debtor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding revenueDrive collections performance and support the reduction of aged debt across the businessManage high-volume invoicing, account reconciliations, and debtor ledger maintenanceInvestigate and resolve customer account queries, payment disputes, and contract claimsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key internal stakeholdersAnalyse debtor trends and provide reporting, recommendations, and performance insightsSupport and mentor Accounts Receivable Officers to achieve individual and team objectivesIdentify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies within the Accounts Receivable functionEnsure compliance with financial policies, procedures,
