Job Description
Silverchain in Brisbane Bayside is seeking a Care Worker to help older clients maintain independence and wellbeing.
You should have at least 3 months of similar experience in aged care, disability, SIL or NDIS home support, and a valid Australian driver's licence with your own insured vehicle.
You will provide home help and personal care, including light housekeeping, meal prep, medication assistance, mobility support, and transport to activities.
