At Australian Trade Training College (ATTC), we’re looking for an Engineering Mentor to support Students in a hands‑on training environment—while we support you to become a qualified Trainer.

What you’ll do
Support students in practical workshop activities
Coach and guide Students to achieve milestones




Assist the Trainer with student engagement and progress
Maintain a secure, clean and organised training environment
Help ensure tools and equipment are workshop‑ready

What you’ll bring
Engineering trade qualification (essential)
Passion for helping others succeed
Strong communication and mentoring ability
Willingness to complete your Cert IV TAE
Basic computer skills
