Job Description
Austin Group is seeking a General Manager – Customer & Digital to lead our customer growth and digital commerce agenda across Gazman, Cable and Perri Cutten.
You will unify eCommerce, CRM, loyalty, marketing and customer service into a high-performing function reporting to the CEO.
You will drive acquisition, retention, lifetime value and Customer 360, while shaping AI-enabled experiences and omnichannel capabilities to deepen loyalty and profitability.
