A day in the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences across our dining outlets, events and guest service areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and serving members, guests and visitors with genuine hospitalityTaking food and beverage orders and processing transactions through POS systemsRunning food and beverages and delivering efficient table servicePreparing and serving coffee, beverages and bar itemsSetting and clearing tables and maintaining presentation standardsAssisting with functions, events, banquets and special occasionsMaintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environmentBuilding rapport with guests and creating memorable experiencesIdentifying upselling opportunities and promoting resort offerings
What you'll bring

You'll have:




A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, or willingness to obtain onePrevious hospitality, food & beverage or customer service experience will be highly regarded
