Working closely with clinical leaders, operational managers and key stakeholders, you will play an key role in ensuring the hospital has the medical workforce capacity and capability required to support future services for Melbourne’s western communities.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and support medical workforce planning projects and strategic initiatives.
Support workforce readiness and associated activities for the New Melton Hospital.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consultation.
Contribute to workforce reform initiatives, training capacity planning and continuous improvement projects.
What you need
You are a highly organised and analytical qualified who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience in project coordination or project management.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
