Gelatissimo is looking for an experienced and reliable Casual Warehouse Storeperson to join our warehouse and logistics team in Rydalmere.We are looking for a genuine warehouse all-rounder who is comfortable working across all areas of the operation.
This isn't just a pick-and-pack role - you'll be involved in receivals, high-reach forklift operations, stock movements, freezer work, order picking and packing, dispatch support and general warehouse activities.We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in doing things properly and is willing to jump in wherever the team needs support.What you'll be doingPicking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately and efficientlyOperating high-reach and other forklifts for stock movements and put-awayReceiving and checking incoming stockLoading and unloading trucksPutting stock away and maintaining correct stock locationsAssisting with pick, pack and dispatch operationsWorking within freezer and cold-storage areas as requiredStock rotation and assisting with stocktakesLabelling and general warehouse activitiesAssisting with transport and delivery preparationProviding support across warehouse operations during busy periods and staff leaveMaintaining clean, organised and orderly warehouse work areasFollowing WHS procedures, protected work practices and food-safety requirementsReporting hazards,



damaged stock or equipment and other safety concernsSupporting the wider warehouse and logistics team wherever requiredWhat you'll needJob Requirements:Current Australian Forklift Licence (LF)Demonstrated high-reach forklift experiencePrevious warehouse/storeperson experienceExperience with picking, packing, receivals and stock movementsAbility and willingness to work in freezer and cold-storage environmentsAbility to safely perform the physical requirements of a warehouse roleGood attention to detail and a strong safety focusReliable and punctual with good availabilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred qualification/s Experience in food, FMCG or temperature-controlled warehousingExperience using warehouse or inventory management systemsExperience loading and unloading trucksLR manual truck licence or higherWhat we're looking for:More than anything, we're looking for an all-rounder.You'll be someone who is happy to move between different tasks depending on what needs to be done.
