The DOOLEYS Group consists of two Clubs and a Gym in Western Sydney and we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver exceptional customer service to our valued members and guests.
ResponsibilitiesWarmly greeting members and guests and building rapport across diverse cultural backgroundsDelivering exceptional table service in our food and beverage outletsPreparing and serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirementsOperating cashier tills and handling transactions accuratelyAssisting in Gaming areas, including poker machine serviceMaintaining high standards of presentation,



cleanliness and complianceEnsuring adherence to operational procedures and responsible service standards
About YouWe are looking for hospitality/gaming professionals who genuinely enjoy engaging with people and creating memorable experiences.
Desired Skills and ExperiencePrevious hospitality/gaming experience (clubs, pubs, restaurants, cafes or similar rapid-paced venues highly regarded)A strong customer-first mindset and passion for service excellenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentA positive, professional and friendly attitudeThe flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
A current RSA and RCG is required (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
