Discovery Parks Wilpena Resort is seeking an experienced Activities Manager to lead tours, transfers and activities, coordinating with Reservations and Front Office to schedule departures. You will coach guides, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and compliance standards in a remote resort setting.
Based at Wilpena Pound Visitor Centre, you will manage rostering, budgets and the activities roster, delivering memorable experiences while maintaining the highest guest service levels.
