Position

Due to continued growth and increasing market demand, an opportunity has arisen for a Sales Representative to join the team, covering the Newcastle region, including Gosford and Charmhaven.

This is a client-facing role focused on driving new business while managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for building solid relationships across contractors, builders, and key industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
Business development and account management across the Newcastle & Central Coast region
Identifying and securing new clients within the construction and hire sectors
Maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
Conducting regular site visits, attending industry events and trade shows




Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Driving revenue growth and increasing market share
Salary up to $95k + super + company vehicle

Candidate

To be considered for this role, you will have:
Proven sales experience within the construction, hire, or related industries beneficial
Strong business development and relationship management skills
Experience within the general equipment hire sector (highly advantageous)
A proactive and driven approach to winning new business
Valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights
Based in or willing to cover the Newcastle, Gosford, and Charmhaven regions
