Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys a diverse role across accounts receivable, credit, banking, and reconciliations while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time office-based position offering the chance to join a collaborative, supportive, and people-focused team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Credit Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:Managing daily banking and receipting activitiesProcessing and allocating paymentsCompleting bank reconciliationsSetting up and maintaining customer accountsConducting credit checks and assisting with credit limit reviewsMonitoring customer accounts and investigating discrepanciesMaintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirementsAssisting with the administration of receivables and related processesLiaising with internal stakeholders regarding account queriesAssisting with month-end activities and ad hoc finance tasks as requiredThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in Accounts ReceivableStrong experience with payment allocation, receipting, and reconciliationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesA positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and contributeAdditional BenefitsPermanent full time opportunityOn-site parking availablePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team cultureOpportunity to grow and develop within the roleStable business with long-term career potential
