You will also support driver relations, helping ensure issues are handled fairly and consistently, while contributing to training, internal guidance and operational documentation.
Another part of the role will involve supporting compliance and governance, helping teams understand requirements and keeping processes clear, practical and up to date.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams and turning information into action.
What you will bring:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience across HR, People Operations,
operations, L&D;, quality, customer support, compliance, complaints or a similar setting
Strong judgement, communication and organisation, with confidence handling sensitive or complex matters
Comfort working with data, identifying trends and getting to the root of problems
A practical approach to process improvement, with strong follow-through
Experience coordinating projects or initiatives across multiple teams
The ability to turn policies and operational requirements into clear guidance, training or documentation
A collaborative approach and comfort working in an environment where priorities can change
Experience in logistics, transport, marketplaces or technology-enabled operations would be advantageous, but is not essential
What's in it for you:
A broad role spanning quality, compliance, operations, training and driver relations
The opportunity to make visible improvements to service standards and operational processes
Exposure to multiple teams and a wide range of business challenges
The chance to take on broader ownership and develop your career as the organisation grows
An environment that values practical thinking, accountability and getting things done
We will begin screening and interviewing suitable candidates immediately upon receiving their applications.
Efficient and fast recruitment process, with interview support and honest feedback provided.
We will give you all the information you need about the company, the role, the remuneration, and the perks of working there.

Only successful candidates will be contacted.
If you haven't been contacted 5 business days after submitting your application, unfortunately, you haven't been successful this time around!
