Your role will include (but is not limited to):
Assist our Property Managers in their duties
Reception/General Office Administration
Liaise with both Tenants and Owners as required
Organise and manage home opens
Conduct routine inspections (PCR's outsourced).
We will provide all the necessarytraining and mentoringyou will need to succeed in your role.
We will providedevelopment opportunitieswith the view ofprogressing you to the position of Property Manager, entrusted with managing your own portfolio.
We are seeking candidates who have the following:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships
Robust written and oral communication skills
Professional demeanour with a positive attitude
Driven, motivated and career orientated
Ability to work un-supervised and within a TEAM
Willingness to learn and show initiative
Current Property Management Registration (preferred)
