Our network is the largest independently owned radiology clinic on the Sunshine Coast & Wide Bay.

In this senior clinical role, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide clinical and technical leadership across our sonography services.
You will work alongside the sonography team, supporting clinical practice, equipment performance and procedural compliance, while helping to ensure our ultrasound services consistently deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
A key part of the role will be supporting the training and development of new and existing sonographers, as well as students, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement across the modality.
You will continue to participate in the clinical roster, with dedicated administrative time provided to undertake the additional leadership responsibilities associated with the role.
Skills and requirements:
Accredited postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound
Current ASAR registration




Demonstrated experience across a broad range of ultrasound examinations
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with ultrasound equipment and software
Sound understanding of quality assurance and accreditation requirements
Experience in a senior clinical or modality lead/coordinator role
Experience with protocol development or clinical procedure review
Familiarity with RIS/PACS systems and medical imaging software
Involvement in accreditation processes or quality improvement initiatives
