The role of the Visitor Services Officer (VSO) is to provide a welcoming setting and high-quality experience for visitors to the Museum of the Goldfields.
What you need
Provide excellent customer service for Museum visitors, responding to their needs in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
Provide advanced and specialised tours and interpretive programs, and assist with the delivery of education programs that contribute to visitors' understanding and enjoyment of the Museum.
Maintain the security of the Museum precinct, artefacts, objects, and displays by patrolling (i.e. walking and standing) the Museum and monitoring security systems.
