Job Description
PFD Food Services is seeking an experienced P&C; Advisor to act as the first point of contact for managers and employees in Australia.
You will manage end-to-end employee relations matters, apply policies and instruments, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Based at our recent National office in Mulgrave, you will work with a team to interpret awards, enterprise agreements and employment legislation, while maintaining confidentiality and building strong relationships.
