Who are we looking for
A tertiary qualification in HumanResources, Business, Psychology,Employment/IndustrialRelationsorarelated discipline.
Demonstrated experience in aseniorPeople & Culture Business Partner position, supporting complexand diverse business portfolios.
Strong working knowledge ofAustralian employment legislationand contemporary people practices.
The ability to analyse complexsituations, exercise sound judgement and deliver practical,commerciallyfocusedsolutions.
About the Role
AsDirector, People &Culture; Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across NewSouth Wales& ACTand a diversecorporateportfolioprimarilyofProperty andFacilitiesManagement.
Acting as a trusted people advisor, you willprovideexpert guidanceon a broad range of People & Culture matters while helping leaders buildengaged, high performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders across theSydney business to provide practical, day to day HR support and advice.
Act as the first point of contactfor managersand a coachon employee relations,performancemanagement,engagementandpeople related matters.




Support recruitmentactivities,workforceplanning and onboarding across your portfolio.
Provide explicit andcommerciallyfocusedadvice on employment legislation, policies and procedures.
Build strong relationshipswithstakeholdersacrossNew South Walesand ACT.
ManagetransitionofemployeesfromotherorganisationsincludingTransfers ofBusiness
