About the Role:

We have an exciting prospect for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Geebung team as a Customer Service Officer. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with a secure, growing business that genuinely invests in its people.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Outbound calls to customers to book in & manage delivery requirements
Answer incoming calls within guidelines provided




Respond to customer enquiries and provide quality solutions to all requests
Manage any delivery/order issues swiftly keeping customer informed
Process changes to order after order acceptance
Work with the Customer Service Team Leader and customer service team in identifying and implementing business improvement projects
Complying with all Dowell Safety Policies and practices professionally

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
A positive, proactive attitude with the confidence to seek out information and solve problems
Honest, approachable, and easy to work with
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and quick to learn current systems and processes
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Eager to learn and build a long-term career with Dowell
