The Role
We're looking for a passionate and energeticCasual Sales Assistantto join our team.

The Role & Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create an unforgettable in-store experience
Build genuine connections with customers and understand their needs
Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
Maintain strong product knowledge across sneakers, apparel and streetwear
Process and organise incoming stock and assist with stock replenishment
Pick and pack online Click & Collect and dispatch orders
Assist with day-to-day store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising and cleaning
Maintain a high standard of presentation across the store




Contribute to a positive, energetic and customer-focused team environment
Bring a CAN-DO attitude and always look for opportunities to deliver great results
To Be Successful, You Will Bring
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
A genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear and contemporary fashion
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and energetic environment
A team-first attitude and willingness to support your colleagues
Self-motivation and a desire to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
The ability to listen, learn and use feedback constructively
Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods
