We design and manufacture custom commercial signage — 3D letters, illuminated work, wayfinding, shopfronts, and production vinyl. The workshop is busy and we need a senior maker who can run the floor without being babysat.

You will:
Produce vinyl, digital print, 3D letters/panels, and assembled signage to a high finish
Set quality standards and check work before it leaves
Mentor an intermediate and a junior
Work from production files (Illustrator / PDF / RIP) and flag problems early
Do occasional in office installs (white card + licence required)

You have:
5+ years in a real sign shop (not just vehicle wrapping)
Robust weeding, application, assembly, and finishing
Comfort with 3D letters, substrates (ACM, acrylic, foam, timber), and basic fabrication
CNC / router or print-room experience is a plus
Tools, pride, and the ability to keep a workshop moving

This is not a franchise store doing real-estate boards. It’s custom work for builders, strata, and commercial clients.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
