Job Description
Service Stream is seeking a Field Supervisor in Melbourne to lead and mentor field crews delivering nbn services.
You will manage technicians in office 90% of the time, coordinate resources, and drive quality, safety, and KPI performance.
You will coordinate with stakeholders, conduct audits, lead toolbox talks, resolve on-site issues, and foster a safety-first culture.
Relevant ACM supervision certification and a Cert 3 inCivil/Telecommunicationsare highly regarded; a valid driver's licence is
