You will speak directly to young people throughout the night, typically through their intercom.
You will listen with care and compassion while keeping firm boundaries.
You will also need to pass a pre-service health and fitness assessment.

What you need
an Australian citizen – a birth certificate, citizenship certificate or current passport is required as proof of eligibility.
A driver's licence is desirable but not mandatory.
