Job Description
Egis Group seeks a Legal Counsel or Law Clerk to join the EgisLegal, Ethics & Compliance team for Australian and Recent Zealand projects.
The role supports contract reviews, compliance and risk management across a range of engagements.
You will reviewdesign/constructioncontracts, subcontract agreements, software licensing and SaaS contracts, and provide training to teams on contract standards and legal risk.
