About The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the residence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities Include
Providing strong leadership across clinical, hospitality, lifestyle, and support services




Driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Managing operational performance, budgets, and workforce planning
Building positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and key stakeholders
Creating an engaged and high-performing team culture
Supporting positive resident experiences and outstanding care outcomes
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Prior experience managing a medium to large aged care residence (preferred)
Strong understanding of aged care regulatory and accreditation requirements
Proven leadership and people management capability
Experience in workforce planning, rostering, resource allocation, and budget management
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Sound computer literacy and experience using care management systems
A genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians
A collaborative, compassionate, and resident-focused approach
Current Police Check (within 12 months)
Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or valid Australian work rights.
