Job Description
Wingify is seeking a seasoned Customer Success qualified to manage a portfolio of strategic ANZ clients, guiding onboarding, platform adoption, and long-term optimization of our SaaS solution.
You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, combine technical understanding with business acumen, and drive retention and account growth through value-driven engagement.
Willingness to travel across Australia to meet clients on-site is essential.
