Job Description
De Bortoli Wines Pty is seeking a Trainee Winemaker to join its Winemaking team in New South Wales.
You will gain hands-on exposure across laboratory analysis, cellar operations, blend preparation, wine evaluation and R&D; projects under the guidance of experienced winemakers.
You will be curious, practical and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail, positive communication and teamwork.
A commitment to quality, safety procedures, and pursuing a tertiary qualification in Oenology is
