About the Role
NRI Australia & New Zealand is looking for experiencedSAP HR/HCM Payroll Consultantsto join ourManaged Services Enterprise Applications team.
We have opportunities available at bothConsultant and Senior Consultant level, supporting complex, business-criticalSAP ECC6 HCM and Australian Payroll environmentsfor major enterprise clients.
These are hands-on functional roles coveringSAP Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management, Benefits and ESS/MSS, with a strong focus on production support, configuration, enhancements and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
ProvideLevel 2 & 3 functional supportacross SAP HCM and Payroll
Configure and supportPA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits and ESS/MSS
Support Australian Payroll includingpayroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, time evaluation and absence quotas
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis
Support Australian payroll, taxation, legislative and compliance requirements
Develop functional specifications and deliver system enhancements
Work closely withABAP, Basis, Finance, Security and SuccessFactorsteams
Support integrations, upgrades, SAP Notes, support packs, testing and releases
Work within anITSM/ServiceNowenvironment across incident, problem and change management




Identify opportunities forautomation, process optimisation and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates at two levels:
SAP HR/HCM Payroll Consultant
3+ years' SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience
Minimum 3 years' SAP HR/Payroll experience within a support environment
Strong hands-on experience acrossSAP HCM Payroll, PA, OM and Time Management
Strong understanding ofAustralian Payroll, taxation, schemas, PCRs, wage types and compliance
Senior SAP HR/HCM Payroll Consultant
7+ years' SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience
Minimum 5 years' SAP HR/Payroll support experience
Extensive experience acrossOM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, ESS and MSS
Deep expertise in Australian Payroll and robust configuration and production-support capability
Across both levels, we're looking for people with strongstakeholder engagement and consulting capability, who are comfortable working within large, complex enterprise environments and representing NRI with our clients.
Experience withLSMW/BDC, ServiceNow/ITSM, SAP OSS Notes, testing and release managementwill be highly regarded, along with relevant SAP certifications.
