About the role

As part of the Seed Production team, you'll play an key role in supporting crop production activities across the farm. You'll work with modern equipment and technology while contributing to a business focused on quality, innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities
Preparing, planting, maintaining and harvesting seed crops
Operating tractors, machinery and farm equipment
Supporting crop monitoring and field activities
Assisting with the maintenance and servicing of machinery and equipment
Plan and execute operational activities on the sustainable farming project
Working with the field officers and operations team to plan and complete seasonal farm activities
Supporting workplace safety and following farm procedures
Maintaining farm properties, vehicles and equipment to a high standard
Assisting with supervising seasonal and casual employees when required

About you
Experience in farming, agriculture or machinery operation
A solid work ethic and positive attitude




Good communication and teamwork skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
A commitment to workplace safety
A current driver's licence
