FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking a Delivery Lead/Iteration Manager to join our Sydney/Melbourne based practice, driving delivery for core general insurance applications on-site with a major insurer.
You will lead cross-functional squads, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and partner with Product Owners and Architects to ensure timely releases.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in Agile delivery, domain knowledge of General Insurance, and robust Jira/Confluence
