Working within EFNLHN's Consumer Directed Care model, you'll deliver support shaped by each client's own goals and preferences — because here, the consumer leads the care.
Key responsibilities
Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility in a respectful and dignified manner.
Perform household tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and minor gardening.
Provide reliable transport to appointments and community outings.
Support social engagement and activities that contribute to each client's wellbeing.
