What You'll Do
Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer concerns professionally
Keep tables and dining areas clean and presentable
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
A positive attitude and great communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A genuine passion for customer service
RSA certificate
