We are looking for an experiencedSales & Customer Service Assistantto join our team, with a strong focus onTiles & Bathrooms.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers, builders and tilers with tile and bathroom selections
Sell tiles, vanities, toilets, tapware, showers and bathroom products
Provide skilled product advice and customer service
Prepare quotes, follow up enquiries and process orders
Maintain showroom displays and assist with stock when required
What We're Looking For
Experience in tiles, bathrooms or building supplies is highly preferred
Strong sales and customer service skills
Confident dealing with retail customers, builders and tilers
Able to recommend products and convert enquiries into sales
Previous tile or bathroom showroom experience will be highly regarded.
