We're looking for a commercially minded General Manager to join our Real Estate Operations team.
This is role will see you be responsible for driving the performance, strategy and operational excellence of a premium commercial asset(s).
You will lead a high-performing property management team to deliver strong financial outcomes, exceptional customer experiences and sustainable asset performance across the funds.
This position is a 6 month contract.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing property management team, driving accountability, capability and a strong customer-centric culture




Deliver portfolio financial performance in line with Strategic Asset Plans, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L; oversight and 10-year cashflow management
Develop and execute effective leasing and tenant retention strategies to optimise occupancy, income growth and long-term asset value
Oversee capital expenditure planning and project delivery in line with approved budgets and lifecycle strategies
Partner closely with Asset Managers to implement asset strategy, provide market intelligence and support capital transactions(acquisitions/disposals)
Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management across WHS&E;, sustainability and regulatory frameworks
Build and maintain trusted relationships with tenants, funds teams, agents, valuers and service partners
Champion ESG and sustainability outcomes across the portfolio, reinforcing Investa's reputation as a property manager of choice
What you bring:
Significant leadership experience within commercial property or portfolio management
Deep understanding of leasing strategy, capital planning and asset lifecycle management
Strong commercial acumen with advanced financial modelling capability
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams




Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
A strong commitment to customer experience, sustainability and operational excellence
